Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all laws, etc.

Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environmentEmpower team members to improve and grow by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and reviewing performance regularly.
