We have a few dozen locations across the country and are looking for a Restaurant Manager at ourNEW STORE OPENINGin the Slidell area! With 15-20 new restaurant openings on the books for the next 18 months, we are growing aggressively when other companies have either stopped growing or contracted. Because of our growth, there is excellent advancement opportunities from within!
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of current Full Service Restaurant Manager experience
High Volume Background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year
A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous five years
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to build sales and rapport in the community
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
