Responsible for preparing and serving all catered food , patient, and cafeteria food with all applicable sanitation, HACCP guidelines and personal hygiene standards.Following established food production programs and procedures.Responsible for sanitation activities, including equipment cleaning.Will frequently work independently.Major Duties:Meets organizational expectations as defined by the Employee Standards of Performance, hospital and department policies and procedures, and the hospital s strategic goals. Verbalizes a clear understanding of continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction measures and actively participates in improvement initiatives.Must be able to follow recipes and/or product directions.Safe operation and cleaning of kitchen equipment, including knives.Responsible for keeping accurate records of cooking and reheating temperatures. Lift and move ingredients for food preparation.Clean and sanitize work stations, equipment, counters and steam tables. Ability to work independently to meet catering time lines for internal and external customers.Tracking costs for all catered events.Work in coordination with procurement clerk to ensure all food and non-food items are secured for catered events.Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure smooth operation of the : Culinary Education with previous catering experience. Required:Must be able to read, write and perform basic math and computer skills, e.g. use e-mail.High school diploma or GED with 5 years cooking experience.Licensure/Certification:Required:DMV clearance to drive SMH vehicle.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
