## Job Description
Responsible for working closely with the Network Engineer to provide complex networking solutions that include highly secure and dynamic networks on an enterprise basis. Provide network, phone and fax services which meet and exceed the needs of providing quality patient care, ensuring adherence to departmental policies and procedures; coordinate the maintenance of various network, phone and fax technologies. Preferred: 3 - 5 years experience managing CISCO LAN/WAN devices. Required: Ability to learn and use various web consoles for IP phone deployment and Voicemail setup. Experience with various cable types. Excellent network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting skills. Preferred: Four year degree in computer science or related field or comparable experience with Cisco Phone system. Required: Two year degree in computer science or related field. Preferred: 3-5 years of Information Systems and experience within a larger company. Hands on experience with fax machines, networking equipment, VOIP phones, cabling. Preferred: CISCO IP Telephony Support Specialist, CISCO VPN Specialist, CCNA, Checkpoint Firewall Certifications.
